CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Department of Professional and
Public Health Education by Friday, August 29, 2008 for tuition refund. An administrative fee
of $50 will be retained. No refunds will be made after this date, or for “no shows.”
Registration will be acknowledged by letter of confirmation.
Fee includes registration, conference packet, continental breakfast, coffee break.
